Individual Therapy

Individual therapy with me will be a joint process between you and myself, as your therapist.

What is individual Therapy or Counseling?

Individual therapy with me will be a joint process between you and myself, as your therapist. I often begin the process by getting to know you and what is bring you to seek therapy at this time in your life. Many times we will establish a short term and long term for our work together. This will help you specify what is you want to get out the therapy or counseling relationship. The goal is to inspire change and improve your quality of life. Many times people seek therapy for help with a specific issue or issues that are hard to face alone. My goal is to help you overcome obstacles and increase your own capabilities, offering a solution focused approach.

Your individual therapy can reduce your anxiety and depression and improve your quality of life. Individual therapy is designed to:

  • Increase self awareness
  • Identify healthy boundaries
  • Ehancing communication skills
